CultureRx is the organization behind the Results-Only Work Environment — ROWE® — a workplace philosophy that measures employees entirely on outcomes rather than hours, presence, or activity. It's a genuinely transformative idea in an era where most organizations still default to the assumption that time in a seat equals productivity, and CultureRx has spent years helping organizations understand why that assumption costs them in performance, retention, and culture.

The challenge with a philosophy-driven product is that it has to be experienced before it's understood. Organizations don't adopt ROWE because they read a description of it — they adopt it because someone made the case compellingly, answered their objections, and gave them a clear picture of what it would look like inside their business. Webinars and video content were the medium. COURSE was the partner they needed to build them.

The Challenge

Communicating ROWE to organizational leaders and HR professionals required more than information delivery. The philosophy challenged assumptions that most organizations had held for decades — that visibility equaled accountability, that hours tracked equaled effort delivered, that a results-only approach was too loose to manage. CultureRx faced four specific challenges. The presentations needed visual production quality that matched the sophistication of the organizational leaders they were trying to reach. The delivery needed coaching to give the CultureRx team the storytelling techniques and audience engagement skills to hold a room. And the marketing needed to drive the right attendees into the webinar funnel rather than just filling seats with unqualified traffic.

What We Built Together

COURSE partnered with CultureRx across webinar content development, multimedia design, delivery coaching, platform selection, on-site video production, video editing, motion design, and marketing strategy — treating the full engagement as one integrated campaign to drive ROWE adoption.

Webinar content development built a compelling narrative structure around the ROWE philosophy. Key messages were organized into an arc that moved participants from awareness of the status quo's costs through to a clear, inspiring picture of what a results-only environment could deliver for their organizations. The content was structured specifically for the organizational leaders and HR professionals CultureRx was trying to reach — decision-makers who needed both the conceptual case and the practical path forward.

Multimedia design gave the presentations their visual power. Dynamic slide decks with infographics, animations, and motion graphics enriched participant understanding and made the content engaging to follow rather than requiring effort to stay with. On-site video production and professional editing added the production layer that elevated the overall quality — content that looked as serious as the philosophy it was promoting.

Delivery coaching built the CultureRx team's confidence and capability in the room. Storytelling techniques, audience engagement strategies, and Q&A facilitation skills were developed through COURSE's coaching so that the people delivering the webinars could hold attention, handle resistance, and inspire action from audiences who arrived skeptical.

Platform selection identified and configured a webinar platform built for seamless interactivity, scalability, and recording — giving CultureRx a professional infrastructure they could use repeatedly across future webinar campaigns.

The marketing strategy drove qualified attendance. Targeted email campaigns, social media promotions, and strategic partnerships were developed around optimized landing pages and persuasive messaging that attracted the organizational leaders most likely to benefit from and act on what they heard.
