The Challenge

Curriculum design built the course around those three pillars in a step-by-step structure that moved organizations from diagnosing where their talent strategy was falling short through to implementing the specific systems and strategies that would change the outcome. Talent attraction modules focused on building strategies that reached the right candidates rather than just generating applications. Employee retention modules covered the systems that fostered loyalty and reduced turnover — the often-overlooked half of the talent equation. Workplace culture modules gave participants the tools to design and sustain a work environment that made staying the obvious choice for the people they wanted to keep.

Content creation produced professional-grade video modules featuring Gerry's expertise, with engaging visuals and animations that made complex HR concepts accessible and memorable. Interactive elements — quizzes, assessments, and real-world scenarios — reinforced learning at each stage and gave participants tools to apply the frameworks directly to their own organizational contexts rather than working through abstract case studies.
