The Client
Solvej Biddle is an entrepreneur, inventor, and advisor who has spent years building and scaling ideas that actually move. She has worked with high-growth companies, built brands from the ground up, and shared her thinking on stages around the world. Her experience spans leadership, global growth, and brand strategy — and the people in the room when she speaks tend to leave with a different way of seeing the problems in front of them.
The challenge with that kind of expertise is that it lives in conversations, talks, and one-on-one advisory relationships. It doesn't scale on its own. When Solvej partnered with COURSE, the goal was to change that — to capture what she had spent years learning and turn it into something people could follow, apply, and come back to long after the room emptied.
The Challenge
Even with a strong reputation and years of lived experience, Solvej ran into the same obstacles most high-caliber experts face when they try to build a course.
Structure was the first hurdle. She had frameworks, insights, and hard-won knowledge that needed to be organized into a clear path — one students could move through from beginning to end without getting lost in the depth of what she knew. The expertise was there. The architecture wasn't yet.
Production was the second. Solvej had high standards for how the course should look and feel, which meant filming, editing, design, and visual polish couldn't be handled as an afterthought. The finished product needed to reflect the standard she holds for everything else she puts her name on.
Positioning was the third. The course needed to do more than teach — it needed to reinforce her credibility and create leverage: new ways to reach people, stronger positioning for speaking and media opportunities, and a signature asset that could open doors beyond her immediate network.
She wasn't looking for a production team. She was looking for a partner who understood what a course can do for a brand.
What We Built Together
COURSE took on the full build alongside Solvej — structure, production, design, and launch support — so she could stay focused on vision and insight rather than logistics.
We started with curriculum. Working through her frameworks and experience, we helped Solvej distill her thinking into a clear course structure: modules, lessons, exercises, and supporting materials organized to make her ideas easier to understand and apply in sequence. The goal was a student path that honored the depth of her knowledge without overwhelming someone coming to it for the first time.
Production followed end to end. Our team directed and filmed the course content, handled editing, added motion and visual polish, and built out slides, worksheets, and supporting assets. Every production decision was made to meet Solvej's quality standard — the course needed to feel as considered and professional as the speaking engagements and advisory work it was designed to extend.
Branding and voice were kept tightly aligned throughout. The course was built to feel unmistakably like Solvej — not a side project or a separate content effort, but a natural extension of her body of work. The language, positioning, and overall aesthetic were calibrated to reinforce who she is and how she works.
Launch support rounded out the engagement: mapping enrollment strategy, promotion, and the ways the course could be used as a credibility asset for speaking, media, and partnerships.
The Results
Solvej launched with a fully built, professionally produced course that reflects the depth of her experience and meets her standards for quality on every level.
The course has become a signature asset — something she can point to that reinforces her authority as a strategic advisor and thought leader, and that continues working for her in the background while she focuses on the work only she can do. It creates reach beyond any single conversation, talk, or advisory relationship. It gives her leverage.
Beyond what it generates directly, the course extends her influence into new audiences and supports the speaking and media opportunities that come from being recognized as someone with a body of work worth learning from — not just a reputation worth citing.
What's Possible
Solvej stayed in her zone of genius. COURSE handled the structure, build, polish, and positioning.
If you're a leader, advisor, or expert sitting on years of hard-earned knowledge and you want to turn that into a course that strengthens your brand and scales your influence, that's exactly the kind of project COURSE is built for.
