What is the cancellation policy for Course Services?

By signing up for our $5,000/month course services plan, you agree to a 4-month service commitment. This ensures we have the time and resources to deliver all promised services to the highest standard.

  1. Early Termination:
    If you choose to cancel before the 4-month commitment ends, you will be charged for the services completed to date, prorated at $1,500 per completed service, plus a cancellation fee of $2,000 to cover project disruptions.
  2. Refund Policy:
    Due to the custom nature of our work, payments made are non-refundable. Any unpaid balance for completed services will be due upon cancellation.
  3. Requesting Cancellation:
    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent month.
  4. Exceptions:
    If unforeseen circumstances arise, we are happy to discuss a pause or rescheduling of services. Please contact us to explore options.
