Mary and Adebayo are the founders of CrestAce Consulting — a leadership and professional development firm built around one specific and growing area of expertise: Agile. As certified Scrum and SAFe trainers, they help individuals and organizations unlock their potential in the Agile world, offering Scrum Master Training, SAFe certification preparation, interview coaching, and one-on-one development.

Their work was making a difference in people's careers. The challenge was that it was happening primarily through in-person workshops and direct coaching — formats that limited how many people they could reach and how far their impact could travel. They wanted an online course that could take their Agile leadership expertise global. They came to COURSE for the structured guidance to make it happen.

The Challenge

Weeks nine and ten built the marketing and launch strategy. A comprehensive plan encompassing email campaigns, social media promotions, and strategic collaborations was developed and executed to build anticipation before the launch window opened and drive enrollment when it did.

Weeks eleven and twelve completed the build with quality assurance and launch. Meticulous final checks ensured a seamless, error-free experience for every participant before the course went live — and COURSE provided hands-on support through the launch itself.
