What We Built Together
COURSE partnered with Briana to build Sell Ready from curriculum through platform launch on Kajabi.
The curriculum structure organized her expertise into five clear modules: Laying the Groundwork, Know Your Numbers and Know Your Value, Attracting Buyers and Structuring Deals, How to Cross the Finish Line, and Legacy and Life After Exit. Each module was built around what owners actually need to know at each stage of the exit process — progressing logically from readiness assessment through closing, with the emotional dimension of selling woven throughout rather than treated as an afterthought.
Every lesson was built for the business owner who doesn't have time to sit through long lectures. Short, focused videos. Direct language that respected the intelligence of people who have spent decades running companies. Practical steps they could take immediately rather than frameworks they needed to translate into action on their own.

Kajabi was set up as the full platform home — course site, branding, payment configuration, and automations built to support both the Course Only tier at $1,295 and the Course plus Private Coaching tier at $2,995. The coaching program's weekly module release structure and call scheduling system were integrated so the experience ran smoothly without requiring manual management between sessions.
The ongoing engagement also includes paid media management — driving qualified business owners into the Sell Ready funnel consistently and expanding Briana's reach beyond her existing network at North Kendrick Advisors.

Briana launched Sell Ready with a complete course and coaching ecosystem on Kajabi — a professional platform that matches the credibility she has built in the business valuation and exit planning space.
