The Client
Raising Children You Like was built around a simple but deeply needed idea: that parenting can feel better — not just for kids, but for the adults raising them. Founded by Veronica Morales Frieling, Sonnet Simmons Matthews, and Bryana Kappadakunnel, the brand brings together complementary expertise in child development, family dynamics, and conscious parenting to offer parents something more than generic advice.
Their goal was to take that expertise and build an online program that could reach parents who needed it — a structured, professionally produced course that could deliver real, lasting change in how families relate to one another.
The Challenge
Building a first online course from the ground up presents a set of challenges that are easy to underestimate: how to structure a curriculum that addresses root issues rather than surface symptoms, how to produce content that feels credible and warm at the same time, how to write marketing copy that speaks directly to the emotional reality of parenting without being preachy, and how to build a sales funnel that converts an audience motivated by transformation rather than transaction.
With three founders bringing different perspectives to the table, the build also required a clear organizational framework — something that could bring their combined expertise into a cohesive program rather than a collection of overlapping ideas.
What We Built Together
COURSE partnered with Raising Children You Like across every phase of the program launch — planning, production, marketing, and funnel build.
The engagement began with strategic course planning. We worked with all three founders to structure the program around the core challenges their target parents actually face, identifying the pain points that would resonate most and building the curriculum around actionable solutions rather than theory. The result was a clear, organized program that guided parents through a progressive experience rather than overwhelming them with information.
Marketing content came next. We wrote conversion-focused copy for ads, email campaigns, and sales pages — all calibrated to speak authentically to parents at the emotional intersection of frustration and hope. The messaging had to earn trust quickly and communicate the program's transformative potential without overpromising or relying on generic parenting platitudes.
Video production gave the program its professional presence. We produced a full suite of video content — ads, sales videos, and course materials — with visual and audio quality that matched the credibility the founders had built in their respective fields. The tone throughout was warm and professional: content that felt approachable without sacrificing the authority that makes parents confident they're learning from the right people.
The sales funnel tied the campaign together. We designed and implemented a seamless customer journey from first discovery through purchase, built around persuasive visuals, strategic calls-to-action, and content sequenced to move a parent from aware to enrolled naturally. Analytics were integrated throughout so performance could be tracked, measured, and optimized in real time rather than assessed after the fact.
The Results
The launch generated $10,592 in sales — a meaningful result for a first-time program launch in a space where trust is the primary purchase driver and the audience is making decisions based on something as personal as how they parent their children.
Beyond the revenue, the launch established Raising Children You Like as a credible presence in the online parenting education space — a program parents could point to, share, and return to. The infrastructure built during the engagement gave the brand a repeatable foundation: a curriculum that works, a funnel that converts, and marketing assets that can support future launches without starting from scratch.
What's Possible
Raising Children You Like came in with the right expertise, a genuine mission, and three founders committed to making it work. COURSE built the course structure, production, and marketing system that turned all of that into a launched program generating real revenue.
If you have knowledge that could change how families operate and you're ready to build the program around it, this is what that first launch looks like.
