COURSE is responsible for coordinating the education business, but that does not mean COURSE personally performs every specialized function. We own the strategy, priorities, systems, briefs, KPIs, quality standards, and accountability that keep each contributor aligned to the same offer, learner experience, enrollment plan, and business goals.
For example, COURSE may define the offer, funnel, creative direction, economics, and performance expectations for paid advertising while an approved media partner manages the campaigns. We may develop the sales process, call framework, objection handling, and KPIs while a client-employed closer conducts the calls. COURSE can establish the community strategy, programming, onboarding, SOPs, and metrics while a community manager or VA handles daily engagement. Organic content may be produced by VID or the client’s content team, while COURSE ensures it supports the education strategy and enrollment priorities.
COURSE can directly support areas such as curriculum direction, LMS architecture and quality assurance, email strategy, campaigns, and selected production. For recruiting, learner support, social selling, and other specialist functions, we define the role, systems, expectations, and handoffs while the appropriate internal team member, contractor, or specialist executes the day-to-day work.
The goal is simple: COURSE owns the operating system and makes sure the right people are executing inside it—without pretending to be every agency, employee, or specialist your education business may need.
