COURSE built the Triple Threat Accelerator website and sales funnel — a cohesive digital platform designed to convert real estate professionals into enrolled students.

Triple Threat Accelerator was built around three founders operating in three distinct lanes — brand, sales systems, and investing — united by a shared mission to help real estate agents and loan officers stop trading time for income and start building businesses that worked for them. The program had real substance behind it. What it needed was a website and sales funnel that could communicate that substance to a professional audience and move them efficiently from first encounter to enrolled student. COURSE built both.

Website design started with the challenge that every multi-instructor program faced on the web: how to present three distinct voices and three distinct areas of expertise without the site feeling fragmented or confusing. The answer was architecture before aesthetics — a site structure built around the Build, Convert, Invest pillar system that organized the Triple Threat curriculum, so a visitor who landed anywhere on the site immediately understood the program's three-part value proposition and where each founder's expertise fit within it. Visual design gave that structure its professional presence — clean, modern, and built for a real estate and finance audience that evaluated credibility on sight.

Navigation was designed around the visitor's decision journey rather than the program's internal organization. Each call-to-action pointed to the most logical next step for where a visitor was in their consideration process — whether they had just arrived from a social media clip, were returning from a retargeting ad, or had been referred directly. Mobile optimization ensured the site performed for the significant portion of real estate professionals who would encounter it on their phones between appointments.

The sales funnel gave the website its conversion infrastructure. Each stage was built to address the specific objection or question a real estate professional carried at that point in their evaluation — early stages building credibility and demonstrating the program's practical relevance, middle stages showing the specific transformation the three-pillar framework delivered, and the conversion stage removing the final friction between interest and enrollment. Email integration and automation connected funnel leads to nurture sequences that kept Triple Threat Accelerator present with prospects who weren't ready to commit immediately.

The finished platform gave Jake Bell, Dionne Malush, and Greg Incardona a digital home for their program that matched the quality of what they had built — and a funnel that converted the audience their content was already attracting.
