Erin Wesley built her wellness coaching and nutritionist practice on a premise that required trust before it could ask for commitment — people needed to believe she understood their relationship with food and their body before they followed her guidance on changing it. Her photography had to do the work of building that trust visually, across every platform where a prospective client encountered her brand for the first time. The process started with a discovery consultation — understanding Erin's brand identity, target audience, and the specific emotional register her visuals needed to hit. Health and wellness photography had a recognizable aesthetic that was easy to produce generically and equally easy for an audience to recognize as generic. The brief was authenticity over stock imagery: photos that looked like Erin, felt like her brand, and showed her work rather than representing it abstractly. The creative brief that came out of that consultation organized the shoot around three themes that captured the full picture of what Erin's brand was built on — her client interactions and coaching presence, her active lifestyle, and her culinary expertise with the food choices and preparation her nutrition practice was centered around.

The photoshoots employed expert composition, lighting, and storytelling across both candid and staged sessions. Candid moments of Erin during consultations gave the portfolio its relational depth — the imagery that communicated how she showed up for clients. Action shots in the kitchen highlighted her culinary expertise with the vibrancy and warmth that made healthy eating look genuinely appealing. Outdoor lifestyle photography captured the active, wellness-integrated dimension of her brand identity.

Post-production editing enhanced the visual appeal of every image while preserving the authenticity that made them worth capturing — subtle color grading, lighting refinement, and composition adjustments that produced a polished, cohesive portfolio without making any image look over-processed or staged.

The finished photography integrated across Erin's website, social media, and marketing materials, driving increased visibility, engagement, and brand recognition through imagery that connected with her audience and reinforced her credibility as a trusted wellness authority.
